Role Overview
As Electrical Area Manager, you will oversee electrical compliance contracts-including EICRs & remedials, PAT testing, and reactive repairs-ensuring quality delivery, managing client relationships, and identifying up‑sell opportunities. You'll also handle quoting, valuations, invoicing, contract meetings, and recruitment of electrical engineers.
Requirements For The Role
* Proven Area Manager experience, ideally in social housing or construction
* Strong communication skills and MS Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel)
* Highly organised, flexible, and customer-focused
* Professional manner with excellent verbal and written communication abilities
