About the Role: Development Coach – Health & Social Care As a Development Coach, you'll play a key role in guiding and supporting up to 40 learners through their qualifications, from Level 2 to Level 5 in Health and Social Care. Your time will be split between virtual teaching, independent planning, and face-to-face visits, all tailored to meet each learner’s unique journey. Your day-to-day will include: * Delivering engaging 1:1 and group sessions * Observing and assessing learner competencies * Monitoring and recording progress using a robust digital platform * Creating lesson plans and assessments * Supporting the development of Maths, English, and digital literacy * Advising learners on next steps in their career journey * Upholding safeguarding and compliance standards Who We’re Looking For You’re someone who brings energy, structure, and dedication to every learner interaction. With a background in teaching and assessing, you're confident working independently and motivated by learner success.
