The Role
We’re seeking a bold, visionary Chief Executive Officer to be the outward-facing leader and public face of our brand. This is a rare opportunity to shape a category-defining business at the intersection of crypto, gaming, and digital culture. You’ll lead from the front—driving commercial partnerships, media presence, and global brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
* Represent the brand externally – building relationships with media, sports leagues, clubs, federations, influences, right holders, and crypto gambling community.
* Lead high-profile multi-million-pound sponsorships and strategic brand partnerships, especially in sports and entertainment.
* Drive commercial growth through strategic alliances, market expansion, and user acquisition, establish the brand as a thought leader.
* Champion a culture of innovation, performance, and brand integrity.
* Act as a key spokesperson—building trust, excitement, and visibility around the brand.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a senior executive ideally in iGaming, or industries with high stakes decision making, such as investment banking, private equity, venture capital.
* Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-stakes environments where ambiguity and risk are part of the landscape.
* Demonstrated success in leading high-value commercial partnerships, strategic brand activations and sponsorship initiatives – involving multi-million-pound negotiations and cross-border execution.
* Strong media presence and ability to build public-facing brand equity.
* A bold thinker with the humility to build, iterate, and inspire.
