Contracts Manager Job Description
As Contracts Manager, you will take responsibility for the delivery of prestigious residential and restoration schemes guiding projects from pre-construction through to handover.
* Lead and manage multiple high-end building projects, ensuring excellence in quality, programme, and cost control.
* Oversee contractual and commercial aspects with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
* Ensure robust health, safety, and compliance standards are met across all sites.
* Represent the company with professionalism and confidence in client and site meetings.
Contracts Manager Criteria
* Proven experience delivering high-quality, traditional and luxury residential projects.
* Strong knowledge of JCT contracts and commercial management.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship‐building skills.
* A collaborative mindset, with the ability to guide teams and uphold exceptional standards.
* Degree or HND in Construction Management (or equivalent), with SMSTS certification and full UK driving licence.
