We’re looking for a dynamic SaaS Sales Lead for the Nordic or Benelux region to spearhead our customer's expansion and drive success. In this pivotal role, you’ll own the strategy and execution for the region, with a strong focus on new business acquisition. Ideally you have a proven track record selling SaaS based solutions into the Nordic's or Benelux markets, bringing deep regional insight and a passion for building relationships that convert.
* Minimum 5+ years’ experience in full-cycle B2B SaaS enterprise sales
* Strong new business hunter mindset
* Able to self-prospect and generate pipeline independently (supported by a 2:1 BDR ratio)
* Familiar with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, or Command of the Message (Force Management)
* Sales cycles: 4-9 months
* Average deal size: $150k-$300k base ARR
* Annual quotas: $1M+
* Strong executive presence and experience selling into C-suite and multi-threaded buying groups, preferable financial leaders
