The role We are seeking a delivery‑focused and technically capable Digital Delivery Specialist to help evolve our development platforms, client solutions, and support the practical adoption of AI across The Studio. This role combines hands‑on delivery coordination, technical understanding, stakeholder liaison, and AI‑assisted process improvement—helping us move toward more flexible and efficient delivery models. Key Responsibilities Digital Delivery & Platform Support Support the delivery of digital solutions, ensuring quality, efficiency, and alignment with client, compliance and security requirements. Maintain and enhance existing WordPress solutions, and support the transition to modern technologies where appropriate. Collaborate closely with UX/UI, content, and design teams to ensure effective delivery. Work with the in‑house development team to help plan, analyse and deliver web projects in line with client requirements. Contribute to improving digital delivery workflows and ensuring projects stay on track. AI ‑ Enabled Processes & Productivity Support Help embed AI‑enabled practices into delivery processes, focusing on productivity tools, automation and everyday workflow enhancement. Support the identification and implementation of practical AI use cases (e.g. Microsoft Copilot, conversational assistants, creative AI tools). Ensure responsible use of AI in line with organisational guidance around compliance, ethics and security. Team Collaboration & Technical Coordination Support the Head of Digital in the day‑to‑day coordination of the digital team, ensuring smooth cross‑functional collaboration. Work with clients to clarify product scope and provide guidance on suitable technical approaches, especially regarding integration with existing systems. Produce technical documentation such as workflows, wireframes and integration plans using platform API documentation. Support the Ops team in translating client briefs into structured technical project plans. Help upskill team members in practical AI usage as part of wider adoption efforts. Coordinate with external partners or freelancers on certain projects as part of the wider delivery team. Qualifications & Experience Essential Proven experience supporting digital delivery or technical project coordination. Strong WordPress knowledge (site builds, custom themes, plugin support). Strong practical knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript. Experience using AI‑enabled tools as part of a digital workflow. Experience with alternative CMS platforms or modern web frameworks. Familiarity with integrating 3rd‑party applications and working with APIs. Comfortable with AI/automation tools (e.g. Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Figma). Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with technical and non‑technical teams. Desirable Exposure to modern cloud, headless, or low‑code technologies. Experience in an agency, studio, or fast‑paced digital environment. An interest in improving delivery processes and championing practical use of AI. There may be a need for face to face meetings in other locations, as needed.
