Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Responsibilities
* As Lead Dental Nurse, you’ll coordinate and support the clinical team, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional patient experiences. Your expertise and leadership will make a real difference to both patients and colleagues.
* Oversee reception and staff rotas
* Provide clinical chair-side support to dentists
* Set up decontamination of instruments
* Update patient records
* Undertake some reception duties
* Ensure CQC requirements are met and manage audits
Qualifications
* GDC Registered
* Passionate, professional Dental Nurse with experience supporting dentists
* Strong leadership skills – able to motivate and guide the nursing team
* Dedication to delivering excellent patient care
* Preferred Dentally experience
