Hours: 08:00 - 17:30
Pay: £15.00 p/h

Key Responsibilities:
Print Room Management: Oversee the stocking and maintenance of print rooms across all three floors. Ensure that supplies are replenished regularly to meet the needs of staff.
Courier Coordination: Book and manage all courier services effectively, ensuring timely deliveries and pickups for various departments.
Communication: Utilize exceptional communication skills to liaise with team members, vendors, and service providers, ensuring clarity and efficiency in all interactions.
Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks as required, utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) to create documents, manage schedules, and maintain records.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a facilities or administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) to facilitate daily tasks and reporting.
Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take initiative.
