Are you a Newly Qualified Occupational Therapist wanting to gain experience working with people with additional needs?
Job Title: Newly Qualified Occupational Therapist
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday
Contract: Permanent, Term Time only. There may be scope for this to be a full-time (52 weeks) role; please contact us to discuss.
About the role

Join an evidence-based, neuro-affirming environment where quality care is prioritized. You will undertake a preceptorship year under supervision, then work more independently after competency sign-off. As a registered practitioner, you will implement holistic, therapeutic approaches to support pupils, maintaining professional standards and CPD.
You will assess and treat individuals within a multidisciplinary team, delivering meaningful activities in individual and group settings. Responsibilities include screening, assessments, report writing (initially supported), and providing training to staff and external agencies.
Work within our supportive team, including Psychology, Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and therapy assistants, to create a nurturing environment for pupils to learn and develop.

* Registered with HCPC and RCSLT or RCOT
* Collaborative team player
