This is a home-based HR Business Partner role supporting circa 400 employees across multiple UK sites within a fast-paced, operational environment. Reporting to the HR Director, you will focus primarily on Employee Relations while delivering hands-on generalist support and practical HR improvements across the business. Description You will: Manage a varied Employee Relations caseload including disciplinaries, grievances, absence and capability Support both manager-led and HR-led ER processes Provide day-to-day generalist HR support across multiple UK sites Coach and advise managers on HR policy and best practice Write and update HR policies and procedures Support probation reviews and performance management processes Contribute to HR systems improvements and process modernisation Produce and analyse HR metrics to support workforce planning Deliver HR projects in line with business needs Report directly into the HR Director Ability to travel weekly including some overnight staysProfile A successful HR Business Partner should have: Strong, hands-on Employee Relations experience within a fast-paced envir...
