Job Description
* Manage and oversee the delivery of technical services within the Facilities Management department.
* Ensure all technical services are compliant with health and safety regulations.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
* Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team.
* Lead, coach, and mentor the technical team to deliver excellence in service.
* Oversee the preparation of technical reports and documentation.
* Manage technical service budgets and contracts.
* Continually seek ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of technical services.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Technical Service Manager should have:
* A degree in Engineering, Property Management or a related field.
* Proven experience in managing technical services within a Facilities Management environment.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Strong technical knowledge and expertise.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Experience managing budgets and contracts.
