What the role includes:
1. Supporting the class teacher across all key stages
2. Working 1:1 or in small groups to boost pupil progress
3. Supporting children with additional needs and EHCPs
4. Helping create a safe, positive, and engaging classroom environment
5. Assisting with classroom prep, behaviour management, and learning support
Who we’re looking for:
6. A Level 2 TA qualification (or working towards it)
7. Experience working with primary-aged children
8. A positive, proactive, and reliable attitude
9. Confidence supporting pupils with a range of learning needs
10. A team player who’s happy to roll their sleeves up
