Shift patterns: 40 hours per week, Any 5 from 7 rotational 6am - 2pm and 2pm - 10pm

DHL Supply Chain is the world's leading logistics company. We are seeking a Warehouse First Line Manager to lead and motivate a team of warehouse operatives, ensure health and safety compliance, and achieve key performance targets in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Responsibilities
* Directly assist the Senior Management team by reporting on and monitoring the effectiveness of all warehousing activities and performance in your designated area
* Supervise, implement and coordinate productivity by communicating job expectations to direct line reports, ensuring deadlines are safely met within allocated time frames, while maintaining standards of excellence
* Track and trace orders using a digital in-house tracking software system, ensuring records are maintained at an optimum level
* Oversee kitting and goods out departments, ensuring all work is completed in a timely manner to customer specification
* Conduct 1-2-1s, return-to-work processes, and development planning for members of staff
Qualifications / Requirements
* Previous experience of people management within a warehouse or supply chain environment is essential
* Strong communicator – both written and verbal
* Good IT experience, including Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to supervise, organise and train direct reports
