As our Junior Sous Chef you should possess a background in kitchen management, food quality & attention to detail.
You will be responsible for delivering the best possible high quality food that keeps customers coming back. You will be able to work under pressure in a busy kitchen environment and work in a team of approximately 5 team members.
Pay is based on age, skill set and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work with our Head & Sous Chef to lead and motivate the kitchen team
* Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene & health & safety
* Demonstrate the highest level of service, presentation and skill set at all times
* Be passionate and proud of the food you serve
* Work closely with the Head Chef to create new ideas
Requirements:
* Currently working as or looking for career development into a Junior Sous Chef role
* Passionate about food and creating exciting dining experiences
