An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) to join a leading Employment & Immigration team in Oxford. This permanent, part-time role is ideal for a qualified solicitor or legal executive with at least 8 years\' PQE who is passionate about knowledge management and training within a respected firm.
Responsibilities
* Maintain and enhance legal resources, provide strategic insights on industry developments, and develop training initiatives to support fee earners in delivering outstanding service.
* Manage legal databases, lead knowledge-sharing efforts, create content for workshops and webinars, and support business development.
Qualifications
* Qualified solicitor or legal executive with Employment Law experience and a minimum of 8 years\' PQE.
* Strong communication and research skills; keen eye for detail.
* Experience in knowledge management or training is ideal but not required.
