As Associate Director at Last Mile Asset Management (LMAM), you will lead technically focused teams, using your background in construction or engineering to drive operational excellence across our asset management function. Youll play a pivotal role in developing strategic partnerships, removing barriers to adoption, and positioning Last Mile as the asset adopter of choice in the industry.

This role requires a balance of stakeholder engagement, technical compliance, and a long-term focus on safeguarding asset value.Youll also support business transformation initiatives, contribute at board level, and work closely with the senior leadership team to deliver LMAMs strategic goals.Youll be responsible for setting and managing budgets within your function, using your strong numerical skills to ensure effective financial oversight and planning.
