Key Skills We’re Looking For: Proven experience with Skype for Business, Mattermost/Symphony, MS Teams Strong knowledge of persistent chat platforms (Symphony/Mattermost essential) Familiarity with Cisco UC Suite (Teams, Jabber, WebEx) Advanced scripting skills (PowerShell a must) Monitoring tools like Splunk, SCOM Strong infrastructure knowledge to support messaging platforms Solid understanding of Active Directory, SQL, Networking, Linux, and Virtual Platforms Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and stakeholder engagement skills ITIL principles experience (certification a plus) What You’ll Be Doing: Supporting and managing Unified Communications platforms Handling escalations, infrastructure deployments, and production changes Collaborating with Architecture & Engineering teams Monitoring performance, capacity, and availability Providing on-call support as needed (nights/weekends) Why Join Us?
