Early Years Level 3 Practitioner - Long-Term Role Burnley | Lancashire Maintained Nursery | Start: After Easter
Are you a nurturing, creative and confident Early Years Practitioner looking for a long-term role where you can truly make a difference? We're supporting a welcoming, Lancashire maintained nursery in Burnley who are seeking a Level 3 Practitioner to join them after Easter.
This nursery has a lovely, child-centred ethos and is searching for someone who shares their commitment to honesty, care and high-quality early years practice.
The Role
As the successful candidate, you will:
* Plan, prepare and lead engaging sessions tailored to the Early Years curriculum
* Create a warm, stimulating environment where children feel safe, supported and excited to learn
* Work collaboratively with a dedicated early years team
* Build positive relationships with children, staff and parents
* Bring energy, creativity and reliability to every day
This is a long-term position, offering stability and the chance to genuinely embed yourself in a fantastic nursery community.
About You
You'll be a great fit if you:
* Hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
* Have strong experience in early years settings, ideally nursery-based
* Are confident planning and leading sessions
* Are passionate about supporting young children's development
* Bring a warm, personable approach and a genuine love of early years education
