About the Job The Post Newham Virtual School champions and supports children who enter care in Newham. This post will involve working with schools, working with social care, providing information, advice and guidance to all parties and supporting the completion of a termly Personal Education Plan for all children allocated on a given caseload. You will be responsible for ensuring that the children and young people that you are working with are properly supported in education. This post requires flexibility, tremendous drive and an ambition to continuously assess and find creative ways to support children, young people and their parent/carers that ensures their engagement.
