Base pay range

£28,000 - £32,000 per annum (full-time, 40 hours per week).

About The Role

Are you passionate about eCommerce and digital innovation? Daylesford Organic is seeking a talented and driven eCommerce Coordinator to join our growing digital team and help enhance the online representation of our brand.

You will play a vital role in expanding our eCommerce presence. Working closely with the Senior Online Trading Manager, you will maintain and optimise online listings to drive engagement and conversions, enhance digital experiences and site content for a seamless user journey and to stay ahead of digital trends.

We are looking for a digital native, someone keen to learn, with an interest in the latest digital developments and technology to support the team in accelerating our E-Commerce strategy this year and beyond.

Based at our Daylesford office in the Cotswolds, this role is full time, 40 hours per week, salary £28,000 - £32,000 per annum.


Responsibilities

* Support the Ecommerce team with the day to day running of the Daylesford Organic website to achieve KPI objectives.
* Monitor key metrics such as conversion rate, average order value, and sales performance to inform trading decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Support the Digital Designer to plan and execute the key seasonal changes across the website and support with building all content templates in Magento.
* Monitor the website daily to ensure products and experiences are merchandised through a commercial lens, making sure content is accurate and consistent with brand standards.
* Support the Senior Online Trading Executive to enrich product information and to ensure campaign launches are executed on time.
* Work closely with our operational teams to monitor stock availability and help resolve customer issues.
* Collaborate with our events & cookery school teams to manage availability and calendars, making sure events are listed accurately online and optimised to customer engagement.
* Work closely with our marketing & CRM teams to maximise exposure across all our digital touchpoints, including email, paid media & organic social channels.
* With support from the SEO consultant and Marketing team, ensure products, pages and experiences have accurate information and clear brand copy.
* Support the Senior Online Trading Manager execute the CRO roadmap efficiently and within budget.
* Review competitor activity on a weekly basis, providing recommendations to improve website content, merchandising and digital marketing communications.
* Analyse site performance via Google Analytics and support the Senior Online Trading Manager with weekly trade analysis and suggestions for website optimisations.
* Bring our purpose to life by driving meaningful social and environmental improvements, contributing to our journey as a B Corp, and aligning with our sustainability vision.
* Inspire and empower our customers, suppliers, and partners to live and work more consciously, creating a lasting positive impact on the world.


Skills You Will Bring

* 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role (e-commerce, trading or merchandising).
* Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of online trading metrics in a B2C environment.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
* A team-player willing to take initiative and multi-task.
* Strong organisation skills.
* Magento experience preferable.
* SEO experience beneficia
* Comfortable using analytics tools such as Google Analytics or e-commerce dashboards.
* Background in Food or Homewares would be beneficial.
