Retail Sous Chef - The Role
* Lead the delivery of culinary operations, ensuring high quality, consistency and safety across all shifts.
* Collaborate with the venue team to ensure menus and service are aligned with event requirements and guest expectations.
* Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation and food safety in all kitchen areas.
* Support operational planning for large-scale events, including staffing, procurement and logistics.
