We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist who can build on the momentum we already have and elevate it further. The product is strong, customer adoption continues to rise and there is clear demand across new and existing markets. This role shapes how Zelt is discovered, how we expand and how marketing translates directly into revenue.
You’ll work closely with the leadership team, influence how we position ourselves across markets and build the programmes that drive predictable, high-quality pipeline. It’s a role with meaningful visibility, high ownership and the opportunity to make a measurable impact from day one.
What you will work on:
* Turn customer insights into compelling content and narratives, conducting interviews and translating learnings into messaging that resonates across markets
* Shape and evolve Zelt’s positioning and voice, ensuring consistency and clarity across all touchpoints
* Build and scale content-led growth programmes, driving high-quality inbound demand through strong storytelling and distribution
* Develop and execute go-to-market initiatives, combining content, campaigns, and launches to increase visibility and engagement
* Identify and expand high-impact channels, testing formats and approaches that generate predictable pipeline
* Create content that supports the full funnel, from awareness and education to conversion and product adoption
* Partner closely with Sales, ensuring messaging and content directly support commercial goals and pipeline generation
* Use data and insights to refine content and campaigns, continuously improving performance and efficiency
* Build Zelt’s presence within the ecosystem, through partnerships, events, and thought leadership initiatives
* Establish scalable content and growth engines to support long-term brand and revenue acceleration.
Requirements:
* Experience in content, growth, or GTM roles within SaaS or product-led companies
* Strong ability to translate complex products into clear, compelling narratives
* Deep understanding of audience, ICP definition, and how content drives demand
* Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution
* Commercial mindset with a focus on measurable impact and pipeline generation
* Strong instinct for messaging, positioning, and storytelling
* Comfortable working closely with Sales and aligning content with commercial outcomes
* Data-driven approach with a test-and-learn mindset
* Clear, structured communication and strong stakeholder alignment
* High ownership, energy, and a drive to build and scale something meaningful.
