Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Preconstruction Manager. The role is primarily based in Bournemouth, with some flexibility for remote work. Key responsibilities include overseeing construction estimates, managing costs, developing design strategies, writing proposals, and budgeting. The Preconstruction Manager will collaborate closely with clients and team members to ensure projects meet high standards of quality and efficiency.
