The Impact you will have: Comply with company SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment and Quality) policies. Supporting SHEQ, Briggs Equipment and Briggs Group Business Units with formal technical investigation Providing an effective support function for all engineering resource with Briggs Equipment and Briggs Group Business Units Coordinating the field Technical support engineers to ensure timely resolutions of all issues, effectively utilizing relevant technology, Ensuring effective management of the Technical Ticket Portal and deliver findings on a monthly basis, supported with recommendations for improvement areas Analising and produce data to identify skill deficiencies and opportunities within in the field and implement corrective actions. Executing findings and continual fleet monitoring to make recommendations to reduce downtime Delivering feedback on all technical issues to Regional Engineering Business Managers for the region. Ensuring that all recommendations/closing reports and technical issues are logged formally and comprehensive reports are created and logged on the system and all action from the report are carried out Interacting with both internal/external customers and relevant manufacturers to resolve technical issues in a timely manner Holding a regular Technical Meetings with HYG on all technical issues and feed back to the business with the findings Through your team, ensure that all service Bulletins have been distributed to the relevant people Demonstrate effective leadership of the Technical Support Services Team. Ensuring effective communication with all team members, including, Comm Cells, one to one's and tool box talks, where training needs can be identified and performance standards can be set and achieved. Deliver a strategic succession plan within the Technical Support Services team, ensuring CPD of team members and resilience to the business Additional Regular Commitments: Liaise with the AMS team and through your team plan the activity of audits for the EA engineers.
