Administrator - Hybrid Working – Chippenham Part of LSL Property Services plc, PRIMIS Mortgage Network are an Appointed Representative Mortgage Network within the Financial Service sector. Based within our Chippenham offices located on the Methuen Business Park, SN14 We are looking to recruit as a result of business growth and to cover some Maternity leave within the teams. We are specifically looking to recruit several individuals into Administrative roles that help to provide the world class support to our partner Mortgage Advisory Firms across the UK. The roles are in the busy Broker Services Team whom, among other tasks, help to facilitate background checks to new Mortgage Brokers and partner Firms joining the PRIMIS Mortgage Network. PRIMIS provides a world class support for mortgage and protection advisers to enable them to deliver high quality advice and services to their clients. The successful candidate will have a strong eye for detail, be skilled with Microsoft office, have previous customer service experience and be able to work effectively as part of a team. Selection criteria - Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal Experience of building successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders Be organised and efficient with a high standard of attention to detail Strong team player, with ability to work both collaboratively and under own initiative Positive Attitude Ability to work with limited supervision and take appropriate decisions Self-motivated, able to complete tasks and exercise judgement Experience in a Customer Service and support type role ideally within a Financial Services (FS) function The roles are based on the Methuen Business Park in Chippenham SN14 with the hours being 9 – 5 The roles are hybrid roles with a split of 3 days working from home and 2 days in the offices - Full office working is available if preferred. Salary circa £24,500 DOE negotiable The role is officially a 12-month maternity cover contract, although it is possible that the role will become permanent.
