The Role As a Senior BDR, you will play a key role in driving pipeline growth and positioning UKG as a trusted advisor. Working closely with your Account Executives, you'll define and execute the sales prospecting strategy within your territory. ? Your territory would be Enterprise companies within DACH region. Your responsibilities will include: Sales Prospecting & Account Strategy Align with your Account Executives on prospecting strategies, create effective BDR x AE tandem - strong collaboration is key Analyse accounts and map stakeholders, gather news and verify relevant information, drive outbound activities to generate new pipeline Identify and qualify new & relevant contacts, and update your contact database Develop and execute communication plans (via phone, email, LinkedIn, etc) to generate new business opportunities (SQL/Pipeline) Build and nurture relationships with your key accounts & contacts, through your outbound approach, events and marketing leads, until decision-makers are identified. The more relevant stakeholders you can speak with, the more likely you are to be successful in your territory Conduct high-level conversations / meetings with their key contacts about their goals, HR / Payroll challenges/opportunities with a view to understanding and 'qualifying' the opportunity Book hightly qualified meetings for Account Executives responsible for closing the deals, share all gathered insights, attend & introduce meetings to ensure a seamless lead experience. Continuously nurture accounts and contacts to uncover new opportunities. Continuous Improvement & Team Collaboration Contribute to team initiatives around process improvement, new outreach strategies, data enrichment, and CRM quality. Work autonomously and collaboratively to refine prospecting approaches and share best practices. About You Located in or near Bracknell (Hybrid contract) 2 years business experience Fluent in German and English. Team player with a strong researcher & results-oriented mindset Proactive, curious, and motivated by targets and impact. Excellent communication skills - verbal and written Comfortable working in a SaaS environment and ideally have experience with CRM tools (preferably Salesforce).
