We are looking for people who have experience of working in a hands-on Agile Delivery role, implementing solutions from inception to deployment and then supporting and iterating them within a live environment. You will have a broad appreciation for different technologies and delivery methodologies, however, your adaptability to overcome different challenges, and your ability to develop strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders are equally important.
The role is part of our eCommerce technology function where you will be supporting the delivery of change in relation to Groceries fulfilment systems and shared services.
What You'll Love
1. To be responsible for the iterative feature delivery, deployment and quality performance of their respective products.
2. To work closely with Product Managers understanding priorities, scope of work, and to then own the technical delivery of changes against their respective products.
3. Overseeing the delivery of change across several development areas, including understanding the implication of changes made during the development life cycle and ensuring the resolution of blockers.
4. Working with Agile Development squads to ensure that development stories consider both functional and non-functional requirements.
5. Ensure smooth transition into live environment, ensuring the delivery of scalable and serviceable feature solutions.
6. Working alongside key vendors and monitoring service and performance of vendors.
7. Ensuring quality and compliance standards are maintained and relevant technology governance is applied.
8. Appreciation of E2E SDLC dependencies, supporting all phases in delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
What You'll Need
9. Managing stakeholder relationships at a senior level, establishing a high level of trust
10. Leading and managing Agile Delivery iterations, supporting a fast, paced, dynamic, multi-channel business
11. Strong, demonstrable Agile methodology experience
12. Delivering large scale technical change projects across, Ecommerce, Development or Infrastructure environment.
13. Providing delivery leadership across multiple delivery teams.
14. Experience of working with multiple 3rd parties across numerous geographical locations is advantageous.

15. Experience using Jira and confluence
