Year 4 Teacher – Full-Time Position (Clayton)

Start Date: February 2026
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm
Teaching Personnel is thrilled to be partnering with a warm, inclusive, and forward-thinking primary school in Clayton as they seek a committed Year 4 Teacher to join their team after the February half term.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons tailored to the needs of Year 4 pupils
* Monitor and assess progress, offering clear and constructive feedback
* Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning
* Take part in CPD opportunities and contribute to the wider school community
What We’re Looking For
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to differentiate effectively and support learners of all abilities
* Solid understanding of the current curriculum and educational best practices
* Confident use of technology to enhance learning
* Effective behaviour management and classroom leadership skills
Essential Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching Year 4 or Key Stage 2 (ECTs with relevant placements are encouraged to apply)
