Arabic Speaking SEN Teaching Assistant – 1:1 Support Role

We’re working with a welcoming school seeking a compassionate and experienced Arabic-speaking SEN Teaching Assistant to provide dedicated 1:1 support for a pupil. This is a full-time role running from 13th April through to 10th July 2026, offering consistency and the chance to build a meaningful connection with the student you support.
You’ll play a key part in helping this learner feel understood, supported, and confident in the classroom. Your ability to communicate fluently in Arabic will be vital in creating trust and breaking down barriers to learning.
What you’ll be doing:
* Providing tailored 1:1 support to a pupil with special educational needs
* Using your empathy and patience to build a strong, supportive relationship
* Adapting learning approaches to suit the student’s individual needs
* Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver consistent support
What we’re looking for:
* Fluency in Arabic and confident communication skills
* Strong experience supporting children with SEN
* A calm, nurturing approach with plenty of empathy
* Someone reliable, proactive, and genuinely passionate about supporting young people

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
