Salary: Up to £25,000.00 per year (depending on experience, training, and qualifications)

We have an opportunity for a Materials Assistant to join our team in the Materials department.
This is a full-time role for 37.5 hours a week, including night shift coverage.
Duties of this role include:
1. Being an active member of the Materials Department, involved in daily operations.
2. Providing effective and high-quality materials management services to internal customers.
3. Ensuring stock availability through correct ordering and replenishment of pre-approved stock for central stores or hospital departments.
4. Maintaining departmental paperwork and files with accuracy and appropriateness.
5. Complying with all relevant mandatory training.
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
1. A minimum of GCSE/O level Mathematics and English or equivalent.
2. Proficiency in PC use, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
3. The ability to work independently without close supervision.
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
