<div><h3>Company Benefits</h3><p><b>Competitive Salary:</b> Up to £40,000 depending on experience.</p><p><b>Holiday:</b> 25 days annual leave, bank holidays, birthday off, 3 days for Christmas, plus every other Friday afternoon off on a rota.</p><p><b>Pension:</b> Company pension scheme.</p><p><b>Employee Extras:</b> Annual profit share bonus.</p><h3>About the Role</h3><p>The successful <b>Internal Sales Executive</b> will have a strong background in sales, customer service, account management, or electrical wholesale sales and will be comfortable working within a busy sales office environment.</p><p>Full product and sales training will be provided. Working hours are 7 am – 5 pm Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work on a rota basis.</p><h3>Key Duties</h3><ul><li>Handle inbound sales enquiries and customer calls, delivering outstanding customer service.</li><li>Prepare quotations, process sales orders, generate new business opportunities, manage customer accounts, and provide product advice.</li><li>Build and maintain strong customer relationships to maximise sales opportunities and encourage repeat business.</li><li>Support trade counter sales activities, assist customers with product enquiries, and promote electrical products and supplier ranges.</li><li>Work closely with colleagues to ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently and customers receive first‑class service.</li></ul><h3>About You</h3><p>Proven experience within sales, customer service, account management, trade counter, or electrical wholesale environment.</p><p>Confident communicating with customers over telephone and face‑to‑face.</p><p>Proactive in identifying sales opportunities and delivering excellent service.</p><p>Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, comfortable using IT systems and sales software.</p><p>Professional, positive, customer‑focused approach.</p><p>Strong English and Maths skills and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.</p><h3>About the Company</h3><p>Leading national electrical wholesaler supplying a comprehensive range of electrical products and solutions to contractors, trade professionals, and commercial customers across the UK.</p><p>Renowned for exceptional customer service, technical expertise, and reliable product availability.</p><p>Committed to investing in its people with excellent training, career development opportunities, and a supportive team environment.</p></div>
