Sales Specialist Service - Hospital Patient Monitoring
An exciting opportunity has recently become available for a Sales Specialist for services to join our Hospital Patient Monitoring team!
Your role:
* Develop and execute a strategic and tactical sales plan to:
o Exceed financial targets and drive contract attachment rate through warranty conversions, contract renewals and new point of sale contracts with a particularly focus on driving informatic service agreements
o Address inquiries and complaints to enhance satisfaction and meet sales targets.
* Work alongside Account Managers to:
o Undertake tender responses and support service solution
o Define, agree, and implement pre-sales negotiations
o Drive customer contract uptake of point of warranty expiry, post-sales support including Installed Base management)
* Provide consultative customer support and leadership with our services portfolio to support and drive the solutions business, engaging with a mix of senior customer stakeholders: business, clinical, technical and IT
* Plan & drive campaigns with marketing teams, employing market research, industry trends, voice of customer and Field/Market share, win/loss analysis and competitive intelligence and price realisation to develop service strategy
* This role is based from your home in the UK and will include up to 40% travel to customers in the UK and to our head office in Farnborough, Hampshire.

You’re right for this role if:
* You have a Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management or equivalent with experience in areas such as Business Development or Clinical Sales within the medical device industry.
* You are comfortable working cross functionally, engaging internal & external stakeholders to insure successful collaboration
* You have a commercial mindset with experience of the working in or with the healthcare industry.
* You have a full Driving License
Due to the role working in the healthcare environment, a standard DBS (Disclosure and Baring Service) criminal record check will be required for this role.
