Role Overview
To work in partnership with the HR Business Partner and Divisional HR Director to deliver a comprehensive operational HR advisory service to the Residential business unit across the UK. This role sits within our vibrant HR team.
This is a broad generalist role, providing day‑to‑day HR support and advice to managers and employees, alongside involvement in ad‑hoc projects and wider HR initiatives as required.
The role requires the ability to build strong, credible relationships with stakeholders at all levels across the business unit. The successful candidate will be expected to travel in line with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Support delivery of HR strategy alongside the Divisional HR Director and HRBP
Provide monthly analysis and insights to highlight trends and risks
Support HR and business projects, contributing ideas and driving delivery
Support promotion, salary review and bonus processes
Manage day to day employee relations matters
Support and develop managers
Key Skills
Experience in a HR generalist or employee relations role
Strong working knowledge of UK employment law
Ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
Strong organisation, communication and attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office and HR systems
Proactive, self-motivated and comfortable managing competing priorities
CIPD qualified (or working towards)
