Thrive Trowbridge is delighted to be working with our client near Bath who urgently require a Senior Payroll Administrator on a permanent basis.
What you will be doing:
In this pivotal role, your duties will include the following :
Key Responsibilities :
Processing payroll in a timely manner for each pay period
Inputting, maintaining and updating employee records
Preparing payroll data for an outsourced provider
Dealing with payroll queries from employees when required
Payroll reporting for management including calculating and collating data What you will need to succeed:
Proven experience in a payroll position is essential
The ability to work under pressure with ever changing deadlines
Excellent IT skills including MS Office (word/outlook and excel) and SharePoint
First rate communication skills at all levels including a confidential approach What you will receive in return :

Fixed Term Contract 12 months
Monday to Friday 37 hours per week
