Summary

What you'll do
- Motivate and support your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles
- Quickly solve problems and delegate tasks
- Create an environment where your colleagues can succeed alongside you
- Manage store operations and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager
- Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management to ensure smooth shifts
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
What you'll need
- Experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to delegate effectively and motivate your team
- Patience and friendliness, with the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Passion for working as part of the Store Team
- Proactive and encouraging approach to team development
