Join Us as an AI & Power Platform Lead
The AI & Power Platform Lead is a key senior role reporting to the Head of Delivery, responsible for the strategy, leadership, and growth of Changing Social’s Copilot and Power Platform practice. As a Principal Consultant, this is a hybrid player-coach role combining thought leadership, team development, technical delivery, and pre-sales expertise.
You’ll lead a team of Power Platform consultants, provide hands-on solution architecture, and help shape client strategies to unlock the transformative potential of AI and Power Platform. You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and PMO, to position Changing Social as the Microsoft Partner of choice for AI Workplace Transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical & Strategic Leadership
* Define and drive the strategy for Copilot, Power Platform, and AI-led transformation across key client engagements.
* Act as lead architect in complex projects involving Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and custom connectors.
* Shape and contribute to scalable frameworks, IP, and governance models for low-code and AI adoption.
Team Development
* Line manage and coach a team of Power Platform consultants, supporting personal development and technical growth.
* Lead performance management, succession planning, and recruitment with support from People Ops.
* Foster a high-performance, inclusive culture that reflects Changing Social’s POP and LOVE values.
Customer Engagement & Delivery
* Lead discovery workshops, solution design, Proof-of-Concepts, and project delivery engagements.
* Engage a wide range of stakeholders (from exec sponsors to technical teams) with confidence, clarity, and empathy.
* Ensure the technical robustness, scalability, and security of all delivered solutions.
Sales & Pre-Sales
* Work alongside the Sales team to qualify opportunities, shape proposals, and present compelling business cases.
* Contribute to bid responses, statements of work, and solution pitch decks.
* Participate in Go-To-Market planning and represent the practice in cross-functional strategic initiatives.
Thought Leadership & Influence
* Represent Changing Social at Microsoft and partner events.
* Actively contribute to the Microsoft ecosystem through webinars, community talks, and co-sell engagements.
* Help customers and internal teams understand the evolving role of AI in the workplace.
Key Qualifications
Experience
* 8+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, or solution architecture roles.
* 5+ years of Power Platform experience (Power Apps, Automate, BI, Pages, Copilot Studio).
* Proven experience leading AI or automation projects across multiple sectors.
* Strong customer-facing consulting skills, with a focus on solution storytelling and value articulation.
Expertise
* Deep understanding of Microsoft 365, Dataverse, Azure integration, and Microsoft AI tooling (e.g. Azure OpenAI, AI Builder).
* Experience implementing CoE, ALM, and DLP best practices in enterprise environments.
* Familiarity with Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service) is advantageous.
Certifications – Strongly Preferred
* PL-900 – Power Platform Fundamentals (Required)
* PL-200 – Power Platform Functional Consultant (Required)
* PL-400 – Power Platform Developer
* PL-600 – Power Platform Solution Architect
* AI-102 – Designing and Implementing an Azure AI Solution (Desirable)
