Hours: 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday (Saturdays on a rota - Day off in the week if working Saturday)
Salary: Up to £27,000 OTE £35,000

Service Advisor duties:
• Your remit will be to meet and greet customers bringing their vehicles to the car dealership for scheduled & non-scheduled servicing and repairs.
• Booking customer vehicles into the workshop and keeping them up to date on the progress.
• Support the after-sales function and the various staff members in the department such as workshop controllers & assist the service manager in the day-to-day running of a busy after-sales department.
• Manage customer expectations and always strive for a professional approach.
• Upselling any additional products to new and existing customers.
Requirements:
• Looking for an experienced Service Advisor from a Car Dealership, Bodyshop or independent background.
• Professional and presentable individual.
• Full UK Driving licence.
• Willing to work weekends.
