Job Description
As a Lead Superintendent, you will oversee all field operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead daily on-site operations for large-scale multifamily projects
2. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
3. Maintain and update project schedules and progress reports
4. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations
5. Conduct quality inspections and resolve field issues promptly
6. Communicate effectively with project managers and stakeholders
7. Drive productivity and maintain a positive team culture

The Successful Applicant
You are a seasoned construction leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and can hit the ground running on large-scale multifamily projects.
8. Proven experience as a Lead Superintendent on multifamily projects
9. Managed $50M+ projects successfully
10. 10+ years of field leadership experience in commercial construction
11. Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and scheduling
12. Exceptional communication and team management skills
13. Ability to resolve conflicts and make quick, informed decisions
14. Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, etc.)
15. Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
16. Commitment to safety and quality standards
