We are now recruiting for a Laboratory Team Leader to join our Severnside Dairy within our Muller Milk & Ingredients business.
The purpose of this role will be to support the team to deliver quality targets and continuously improve quality performance by coaching and developing our people.

Laboratory Team Leader main duties and responsibilities:
1. Provides expertise through chemical and microbiological technical knowhow
2. Strong influencing and communication capability
3. Uses leadership competencies to guide, motivate and develop team
4. Acts as a coach and mentor for team and others across site
5. Advanced Problem solving facilitation skills using various methodologies
6. Role models and drives performance management systems
7. Responsible for laboratory budget, management, certification and other QMS duties
8. Create purpose and direction around OGSM deliverables
9. Coaching front line team members, enabling them to solve problems
10. Supports and process confirms operations quality control responsibilities
11. Responsible for development of direct team
