Job Description
You will help the chef in the running of this fine dining restaurant currently awarded with 3 Rosettes. You will understand and help cultivate the”home” grown ingredients in the grounds of the hotel. Utilising your experience and knowledge of food you will help create and inspire new dishes for the menus. Help source and negotiate the prices from local suppliers.
Who we're looking for
This is an outstanding opportunity for a talented and creative Sous Chef or talented Junior Sous who is aiming to work in the country’s top kitchens and establishments.
* Currently in or have worked in a 2 Rosette kitchen as a sous chef
* Bursting with ideas to have an input on the menus
* Up to date knowledge of health and food safety regulations
* Sous chef experience in hotels
* Experience of running a kitchen in the absence of the head chef
