We are recruiting on behalf of a well established business based on the outskirts of Richmond, North Yorkshire, who are looking to welcome a Customer Service Representative to their friendly and supportive team. This is a full time, office based role, working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
You will act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from order through to delivery. This is a varied role where no two days are the same.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
* Handling customer enquiries via telephone and email
* Processing orders and monitoring deliveries
* Resolving any issues promptly and professionally
* Liaising closely with internal teams to ensure customer expectations are met
* Maintaining accurate and up to date records
* Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and processes
You Will Ideally Have
* Previous experience in a customer service role
* Strong communication and problem solving skills
* Good organisational ability and attention to detail
* Confidence using computer systems and email
* A positive and proactive attitude
