Reed Marketing & Creative are partnered with a successfully growing B2B business, who are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join their amazing marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive Social Media Growth: Champion the groups social media strategy to expand follower base and boost engagement (likes, comments, shares) across existing and emerging platforms.
* Manage Content Planning: Own the social media content calendar, ensuring timely creation of compelling written posts and visuals aligned with brand identity.
* Execute and Monitor Activity: Schedule posts, actively engage with followers by responding to comments and messages, and monitor online conversations to maintain a strong brand presence.
* Lead Email Marketing: Develop and implement the email marketing strategy, including managing the companys database, creating impactful campaigns (copy and graphics), and designing templates.
* Analyse Performance: Track and report on key metrics for social media and email campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
* Maintain Online Platforms: Assist with updates and enhancements to the companys main website and other digital tools, including the catalogue and ordering platform.
What the Successful Candidate Will Have
* Proven Experience: Demonstrated track record in managing social media platforms and executing content strategies that drive engagement and growth.
* Creative and Strategic Mindset: Ability to develop compelling content and campaigns that align with brand identity and resonate with target audiences.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in social media management tools, email marketing platforms, and basic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
* Analytical Ability: Strong skills in tracking, reporting, and interpreting performance metrics to inform data-driven decisions.
* Digital Expertise: Familiarity with website content management systems and an understanding of SEO principles.
* Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail and brand consistency.
You will receive a salary of approximately £37 000 depending on experience, excellent benefits, hybrid working (4 days in the office, 1 day at home), and free parking when in the office.
