Real Estate Associate | 3+ PQE | National firm | Leicester An established law firm are seeking a talented Real Estate Associate (3+ years' PQE) to join their growing Real Estate team in Leicester. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a well-established national law firm, advising a high-quality client base on a broad range of commercial property matters. The Role You will handle a varied and high-quality caseload, working closely with partners and other team members across the firm's national network. The role offers exposure to complex and interesting work, with genuine opportunities for progression. Key responsibilities will include:
* Advising on a wide range of commercial property transactions
* Acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold property
* Landlord and tenant matters, including leases, renewals and assignments
* Property aspects of corporate transactions
* Supporting and mentoring junior team members where appropriate
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
About You
* 3+ years' PQE in commercial real estate
* Strong technical skills and commercial awareness
* Experience gained at a reputable regional or national firm
* Ability to manage matters independently while working collaboratively
* Excellent communication and client-handling skills
* Ambitious, proactive and keen to develop your career within a national practice
