We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Premier Financial Consultant.
Working as part of a collaborative wealth management team, this is a client facing role in which you will provide a dedicated and professional service to our global expat customer base. Through active management of a portfolio you will develop and retain relationships with our global customers, reviewing the portfolio regularly to ensure solutions are suitable to meet client needs and driving customer satisfaction.
In this role, you will
1. Build relationships with clients to retain and develop sustainable relationships
2. Undertake training and development to support your personal growth within HSBC
3. Develop and maintain an understanding and technical knowledge of relevant products and services available from HSBC Group sources in order to provide the best solutions for clients
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
4. Experience working in a customer or client focused environment
5. Outstanding customer service skills with a strong telephone presence
6. Strong (verbal and written)munication skills with an ability to build relationships
7. A desire to begin a career in wealth management
8. An ability to deliver creative and flexible customer solutions
