Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and creative Property Photographer, marketing consultant with video and social media experience to join our dynamic team across two web established brands. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for visual storytelling and the ability to capture compelling images that resonate with our premium client audience. This role involves working on diverse projects, including events, architectural photography, and editorial photography, while utilising advanced editing software to enhance the final output.
Duties
* Capture high-quality photographs for luxury homes, property photography, and promotional materials.
* Edit and retouch images using Adobe Photoshop and Capture One to ensure the highest quality of work.
* Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional results.
* Manage social media platforms by curating visual content that aligns with brand identity and engages the audience.
* Utilise Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Premiere and Final Cut Pro, for multimedia projects as needed.
* Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve photography skills and maintain a competitive edge.
* Assist in the planning and execution of photo shoots, including location scouting and equipment setup.
* Video contact creation and paid social media via Meta Suite
* Use of own equipment is essential.
Experience
* Proven experience in property, architectural photography with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of styles and subjects.
* Experience in producing videos for social media content and managing social media paid advertising using Meta business suite.
* Proficiency in photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, Canvas, Adobe Premiere, and Final Cut Pro is essential.
* Experience in content creation is a plus, demonstrating an understanding of storytelling through imagery.
* Familiarity with social media management and strategies for engaging audiences through visual content is advantageous.
