We are looking for an Academic Leader to join our team.
You will be responsible for ensuring a consistently high-quality academic experience for students within the the College, delivering flexible and responsive provision that meets diverse student needs. This includes oversight of academic standards across teaching, learning support and assessment, effective use of student feedback to enhance the learning experience, and the selection, management and development of a high-performing teaching team.

What you’ll bring to the role
1. A strong commitment to student-centred approaches to learning and teaching.
2. Experience of managing a curriculum area/s.
3. Knowledge of the needs of international students.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Strong resource allocation and organizational skills.
6. The ability to analyse data to make informed conclusions.
7. The ability to work collaboratively across a range of teams.
8. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and preferably a UK Master’s degree or higher.
9. A teaching qualification (desirable).
