The Role
As a sous chef, you will be a leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You should be an expert in food quality and standards, with extensive food knowledge, leading, engaging, and inspiring your team.

* Passionate about supporting and developing your team to help them excel and uphold high standards.
* Experienced in managing kitchen operations, planning shifts, and coaching team members.
* Knowledgeable about food safety, health and safety standards, and financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
