German speaking Sales and Customer Relations Assistant
Salary: up to around £28,000 per annum
Location: Telford

The Company:
You will work for an award-winning, market-leading manufacturer that is part of a larger international group.
Main Duties:
Focus on increasing sales value by providing first-class customer service, offering assistance such as alternative products and promotional offers.
The Role:
* Provide exceptional customer service to maximize sales opportunities
* Collaborate with the marketing team to inform customers about current promotions
* Generate appointments by conducting sales calls to both new and existing customers
* Travel with the European Sales team and represent the company at exhibitions when required
* Assist the International Sales team administratively
* Improve procedures to enhance customer service efficiency
* Analyze how competitors are fulfilling customer needs
* Document and escalate customer complaints as needed
The Candidate:
* Fluent in German (written and spoken) essential
* Experience in a high-volume Customer Service role
* Knowledge of Export documentation and procedures
* SAP knowledge is advantageous (training provided)
