Sales Account Manager - Birmingham
Hilti Great Britain is looking for a dynamic Sales Account Manager to join our field-based team. You will be the face of Hilti, engaging with customers to deliver consultative solutions that improve productivity, safety, and sustainability.
What the role involves
* Be out and about in your designated region meeting customers to understand their needs and provide tailor-made solutions.
* Demonstrate innovative products and software, develop focus customers, build relationships, and uncover new business leads.
* Manage the operational, organisational and strategic aspects of your sales area, fully utilising Salesforce CRM.

What you need
* Full, manual UK driving license and willingness to travel to engage with customers Monday to Friday.
* Able to provide evidence of eligibility to work in the UK. Note: visa sponsorship is not available for this role due to minimum salary thresholds.
You will also need
* Proven Sales Account Manager or other sales experience, in any industry.
* Engineering, Construction or Technical background welcome; interest in applying knowledge in a new area.
* Solution-oriented approach with the ability to uncover customer pain points and offer best-fit solutions.
* Shared values: commitment, teamwork, courage, integrity.
* Resilience and adaptability to engage with all levels of customers, from Site Operator to Managing Director.
* Drive, curiosity and a motivated approach to learn, develop and grow.
* Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously to manage time and priorities.
