Job Overview: Be part of a dynamic Corporate Secretariat team supporting a global organisation with a complex subsidiary structure. Contract Details Contract Length: 12 months (potential to extend) Location: London Paddington (Hybrid – 2 days per week onsite) Key Responsibilities Support corporate governance for the Group, including insider list maintenance, stock exchange announcements, and EDGAR filings. Draft sections of the Annual Report and assist in delivering the AGM. Ensure compliance with UK and US listing obligations. Prepare board and committee papers for the Group Board and Nominations & Governance Committee. Maintain director and executive shareholding records and coordinate bi-annual declarations. Manage governance systems (Blueprint, Diligent) and maintain the Group’s legal structure chart. Support subsidiary board meetings, filings, and ad hoc corporate projects (e.g., restructurings, acquisitions). Key Requirements Company secretarial experience in a UK-listed PLC (international and complex group structure preferred). CGI-qualified (UK) with strong technical knowledge of UK corporate governance. Experience with governance systems such as Blueprint and Diligent. Familiarity with UK and US listing requirements (US experience desirable but not essential). Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders. Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and project management skills. Proactive team player with a collaborative mindset.
